Disease Process for Nursing Essentials 1 
Students will use this rubric as they write a short research paper about a topic of their choice. This will be the grading rubric when the paper is completed. Students will pick a disease of their choice and discuss the description of the disease, cause, signs/symptoms of the disease, and treatment of the disease. The paper should be 5 pages with title page and appropriate references.
