Good Showed respect for other group members' opinions and ideas.	Fair Was tolerant of ideas but rarely provided constructive alternative solutions. “Neither here nor there.”	Poor Was indifferent or even negative towards other group member’s ideas, causing unfortunate environment.
work load Ideally group projects lighten everyone’s load if everyone finds ways they can bring their skills and ideas to the project.	Excellent helped with research, written, or technical work and openly was helpful to others.	Good mostly helped with research, written, or technical work	Fair somewhat helped with research, written or technical work	Poor did not help with any research, written, or technical work.
staying on task/resolution Working together to get the work completed and solve problems to do so are also important aspects of group endeavors.	Excellent Worked to keep project on schedule and sought solutions when questions arose.	Good Was a reliable contributor so that work went smoothly.	Fair Generally reliable but was a passive contributor in finding solutions.	Poor Was unreliable possibly putting the group in a delayed state.
Supportive member Provided a positive and supportive role in the project, helping to support the team’s progress.	Excellent Actively and seriously helped team members problem solve questions elicited by the various team members.	Good Took care of their part responsibly to make sure the group work was completed on time. Willing to help when asked.	Fair Did what was asked but rarely took a supportive or leaderly role in helping other members of the group.	Poor Was indifferent on the team progress and rarely sought to contribute.
