Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed or not given appropriate time and attention. Work was not completed in time for presentation.
Poor

Work is done with little effort, shows lack of quality, and may be incomplete. It is evident little time was spent on the final product.
