Organization & Structure	Poor - Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. Written as a SOAP note rather than a narrative.	Fair - Structure of the letter is not easy to follow. Partially narrative in formation	Good - Structure of the letter is clear and easy to follow. Letter is organized in a narrative formation
