Blackboard Article and Discussion
The objective of this assignment is to generate critical thinking about trends and issues related to outdoor recreation. You are required to find one article (journal, magazine, internet, etc) that discuss/address current research, trends or issues in the physical education and/or outdoor recreation leadership field. Read the articles, provide a quick overview of the articles main points/issues/trends, and post a link to the article on blackboard, so others can read it. You also need to read one other student’s articles and post a reply about the article and the student’s comments/overview. You may address the following questions in your article write-up: 1. What implications does the information presented have for the field of outdoor leadership and/or physical education? 2. How may the implications affect you as a leader or teacher in your career? 3. What does it mean for the industry? Positive or negative change to the field?
