Contribution	Poor You rarely contributed thoughts or insights that related to the topic or project.	Fair Occasionally contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of fair quality.	Good Actively contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of good quality.	Excellent Constantly contributed thoughts and ideas to the group without interrupting others. Came prepared to group meetings with constructive ideas. Contributions were thoughtful and of high caliber.
Cooperation	Poor Uncooperative and difficult to work with. Seemed to be counter productive. Negative attitude. No motivation. Distracted students from their tasks.	Fair Cooperative at times. Had some difficulty interacting with others. Attitude was fair. Generally motivated.	Good Cooperative and productive. Took a proactive approach to completing the assignment. Had a positive attitude. Motivated.	Excellent Highly cooperative and worked extremely well with other group members. Was a positive influence to group work. Very Motivated.
Listened to Others / Communication	Poor Lacked acceptable communication skills. Did not listen to what others had to say. Did not work well in group.	Fair Communication was fair, but could have been better. Worked generally well with others. A few instances of mis-communications.	Good Communication was good. Worked well with others.	Excellent Excellent communication. Communication helped move the group in a forward direction. Worked very well with others.
Preparedness	Poor Came to group with no class notes, Science Binder or Agenda Failed to complete individual assignments. Failed to complete your portion of work on time.	Fair Came to group with class notes but not responses or individual work/research. Completed some assignments but not high quality work.	Good Came to group with required material most of the time. Completed most tasks but some work was of fair quality.	Excellent Came to group meeting fully prepared. Had notes and additional material to assist group. Completed all tasks. Work was high quality.
