Organization & Structure	Below Basic - Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. - Paragraph is disjointed and lack transition of thoughts.	Basic - Structure of the paragraph is not easy to follow. - Paragraph transitions need improvement.	Proficient - Structure of the paragraph is clear and easy to follow.
Format	Below Basic - Paper lacks many elements of correct formatting. - Paragraph is inadequate in length.	Basic - Paper follows most guidelines. - Paper is under word length.	Proficient - Paper follows designated guidelines, such as indented paragraphs and complete sentences.
