2009-2010 Daily grade 
Measures expected behavior inside and outside of the classroom. This is a weekly assessment with children having a chance to earn 4 points per class (8 in a week)

Student is constantly a distraction to others. Negatively seeking attention. Disturbs overall learning atmosphere in gym. Participates less than 50% of the time. (0 pts)

Student is on task and participating 75% of the time. . (1 pts)

Student is on task and participating 95% of the time. . (2 pts)

Student ignores directions given by teacher/staff. Student requires 3 or more prompts to complete 1 direction. (0 pts)

Student follows direction begrudgingly. completes direction, but with poor effort. Completes only some of the direction. (1 pts)
Excellent

Student completes direction with 100% accuracy first time given. Completes direction with good effort. (2 pts)

Student comes to class with incorrect footwear or a dress/skirt. (0 pts)

Student is appropriately dress for class: Proper footwear and shorts or pants. (2pts)
