Prepared	Great! Always has proper clothing and gym shoes.	Good Has proper clothing and gym shoes most of the time.	Needs Work Sometimes has proper clothing and gym shoes.	Must Improve Does not wear proper clothing and gym shoes.
Persistance	Great! Always persists in practicing a skill or task, even though it may be difficult, until competence is achieved or until the student is as close to competence as possible.	Good Persists in practicing a skill or task, even though it may be difficult, until competence is achieved or until the student is as close to competence as possible, most of the time.	Needs Work Occasionally Persists in practicing a skill or task, even though it may be difficult, until competence is achieved or until the student is as close to competence as possible.	Must Improve Does not practice skills or tasks. If the student finds it difficult, he/she does not try and gives up.
