Spans a gap of 40 cm, is complete (at least 50 cm) and stable.
Width is at least 5 cm and less than 15 cm
Good use of materials.
Level 4

Arch or truss bridge designed with excellent creativity. Spans a gap of 40 cm is complete (at least 50 cm) and stable.
Width is at least 5 cm but less than 15 cm.
Excellent use of materials.
Weight to Strength Ratio

Level 1

Failed at a low weight due to a light weak structure
Level 2

Failed at a reasonalbe weight but the structure is very heavy
Level 3

Failed at good weight and has a good weight to strength ratio
Level 4

Failed at a high weight and has a great weight to strength ratio
Design and Presentation

Level 1

Bridge design does not match the design of the blueprint/sketch
Does not provide name of bridge or explain its design features
Provides limited pictures of real life bridges that match the one constructed
