Class Engagement 15 pts	Exempliary Proactively contributes to class by offering ideas and asking questions often.	Good Sometimes contributes to class by offering ideas and asking questions.	Progressing Rarely contributes to class by offering ideas and asking questions.	UnSatisfactory Never contributes to class by offering ideas and asking questions.
Preparation 10 pts	Exempliary Always prepared for Class. Brings writing instruments, paper and whatever else is required. Always has homework complete	Good Usually prepared for class, sometimes does not have needed materials, homework usually complete	Progressing Occasionaly prepared for class, and has homework complete	UnSatisfactory Almost never prepared.
Dress Code 10 pts	Exempliary Student is always in clean neat uniform, proper shoes, ID badge and no head gear at any time when on campus.	Good Student comes to campus when not in class out of uniform. Always in clean neat uniform, proper shoes and ID badge and no head gear during classes.	Progressing Student forgets part of the uniform. Uniform wrinkled or not clean. Student has to be asked to get all or part of uniform such as ID Badge, proper foot wear, or forgets to take head gear off.	UnSatisfactory Student comes to class without uniform, ID badge, proper footwear and regularly wears head gear.
