Identified some audience needs with the topic, but used a weak attempt to tie it all together and challenge the listener to change.

Showed some of the audience's needs and how the topic ties in, but the challenge was weak or unclear.

Showed most of the audience's needs and how the topic ties in, and the challenged the them with a clear and defined statement.
