Organization & Structure	Poor - Organization and structure detract from the message of each section. - Sections are not discernably organized. - Work history is not in chronological order.	Fair - Structure of each section is not easy to follow. - Headings are differentiateed but not esily scanned. - Length is too long or short given corresponding years of post-secondary or appropriate employment history. -Work history is in chronological order.	Client-Ready - Structure of each section is clear and easy to follow. - Headings are clear and organization of whole page can be seen at-a-glance. - Resume is of appropriate lenth to highlight the past 10-15 years of employment history. - Work history is in reverse chronological order from most recent to least recent jobs.
Format	Poor - Paper lacks many elements of correct formattting. - Paragrpah is inadequate/excessive in length.	Fair - Paper follows most guidelines. - Paper is over/ under length. -Listing irrelevant information, including references and objective and other information.	Client-Ready - Resume follows designated guidelines of: -Header (name, address, email address, phone number) -Education -All same serif font on whole document. -No more thatn 3 different sizes of font. -No more than 3 primary dutuies per job. -Margins are uniform and easy to read. - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Poor - Paper contains grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. - Language uses jargon or conversational tone. -Use of the words "I" or "me".
