Contributes to Team Goal Helps team achieve a common goal	Accomplished Maximum participation. Offers alternative solutions or courses of action that build on the ideas of others. Enjoys the satisfaction of team accomplishment.	Developing Participates but offers little or no suggestions to accomplish task/goal.	Deficient Does not assist or offer suggestions to help team reach goal. Minimal participation.
Facilitates Contributions Facilitates the Contributions of Team Members	Accomplished Engages team members in ways that facilitate their contributions to the team goal by using encouraging words and praising others when a suggestion works well.	Developing Engages team members in ways that facilitate their contributions to meetings by listening to their ideas and using them and/or adding to them.	Deficient Does not engage other members. Is only there to do his/her part.
Fosters Constructive Team Climate Encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
