One Act Performance
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Focus	Poor Student was rarely focused and often distracted from work.	Fair Student was sometimes focused and sometimes distracted from rehearsal.	Good Student was always focused and used rehearsal time well. Did not distract from work whether on or off stage.
Directability	Poor Student rarely listened to director. Was difficult to work with.	Fair Student usually listened to director and would try new things but needed persuasion.	Good Student listened to director and was willing to try new things. Very open to suggestions.
Memorization	Poor Student was off book by the skin of their teeth. Missed numerous cues and gave their scene-mates stress.	Fair Student was totally off book within one week of performance. Only missed a few cues.	Good Student was off book when asked to be by director. Performed without missing any cues.
Attendance	Poor Students were often absent from rehearsal without any explianation.	Fair Student missed 3+ rehearsals.	Good Student attended all but 2 rehearsals.
