KBA Rubric
	Level 1 1 pts	Level 2 2 pts	Level 3 3 pts	Level 4 4 pts
User Understanding	Level 1 User is unable to follow the steps of the KBA.	Level 2 User can follow some of the steps of the KBA.	Level 3 User can follow most of the steps outlined in the KBA.	Level 4 User can follow all of the steps outlined in the KBA.
Mechanics and Spelling	Level 1 There are many mistakes in spelling and grammer.	Level 2 There are several mistakes in spelling and grammer.	Level 3 There are minor mistakes in spelling or grammer that do not detract from the KBA.	Level 4 There are no mistakes in spelling and grammer.
Layout	Level 1 Layout is confusing. Components are inconsistent and information is missing.	Level 2 Layout is somewhat organized. Most of the components are not consistent. Partial information can be understood.	Level 3 Layout is organized. Most components are consistent within the KBA.	Level 4 Layout is well organized. There is consistency in its components that allows the reader to easily understand information.
