COLLECTION SELECTION 
This rubric is to be used by staff members of public libraries in their selection of non-fiction public library books, video, and electronic resources for patrons between the age of 14 and 18. Final Scale for Purchase: Results between 70 and 80%, consider for purchase if additional funds are available. Results between 81% and 90% purchase if funds are available. Results between 91% to 100% purchase for collection.
