Thinking with eyes	1 Does not attend to others unless prompted to do so.	2 Can figure out what another person may be planning or feeling when given both visual and verbal prompts.	3 Can figure out what a person is planning or feeling when given either a visual or verbal prompt.	4 Can figure out what another person might be planning to do without prompts.
Body in Group	1 Needs constant adult prompts and reminders to keep his body in the group.	2 Wanders away from the group, following own agenda. Adult prompts needed often.	3 Somewhat consistently keeps his body in the group, following group agenda. Minimal adult cues.	4 Keeps body in the group nearly all the time. Adult only cues or reminds at a rate similar to others.
Expected Reactions	1 Typically over-reacts or under-reacts to peers. Needs full support from adults to react in expected manner.	2 Inconsistent responses and reactions to peers. Adults intermittently intervene.	3 Somewhat consistent responses to peers depending on the activity. Minimal adult cues.	4 Demonstrating responses and reactions to peers in a manner consistent with peer group. Adult cues similar to others in the setting.
