Story Development 10 pts	Poor The monologue's story is hard to follow/understand and is not in a logical order.	Fair The monologue's story is not too hard to follow/understand and is in a slight logical order.	Excellent The monologue's story is easy to follow/understand and is in a logical order.
Performance 10 pts	Poor The student displayed little to no performance techniques which did not at all go well with their monologue.	Fair The student displayed some performance techniques which sometimes went well with their monologue.	Excellent The student displayed excellent performance techniques which went well with their monologue.
Creativity 10 pts	Poor The script lacked creative elements.	Fair The script has some elements of creativity.	Excellent The script demonstrates an ecxeptional amount of creativity.
Memorization & Historical accruacy 10 pts	Poor The student was unable to perform monologue from memory. Was not historically accurate.	Fair The student remember most lines of the the monologue. Most of the performance was historically accurate.	Excellent The student performed monologue from memory with complete accuracy.
Costume & Effort 10 pts	Poor Does not have a costume.	Fair Made little effort in designing their costume.	Excellent Student has a complete and accurate costume for the performance.
