Conventions & grammar	Poor Did not make corrections. Evidence of many misspelled words and unorganized.	Fair Made some corrections, but failed to keep the writing cohesive.	Good Made correcions, but missed some misspelled words. The writing was organized.	Excellent Proof read the writing piece and has no mistakes. Additionally the writing is well organized.
Detail of paragraph	Poor Lacking more than five interview questions, and did not follow the interview/writing process.	Fair Tried to follow the interview/writing process, but is missing 1-5 required interview questions.	Good Followed the interview/writing process, but missed 1-2 required questions.	Excellent Followed the interview/writing process and the finished product is very detailed. Also, the student didn't miss any of the required interview questions.
Knowledge & Understanding	Poor Did not identify or describe any characteristics or skills associated with entrepreneurs.
