iRubric: Lively Literature Circles rubric

The weekly reading requirement was completed by the assigned due date. The reader was able to participate fully in all of the weekly activities. The book was taken home each night and brought to school each day per Mrs. Smith's directions. The bookmark was signed by a parent and returned for check-in.

The reader had some of the reading requirement finished, but was unable to participate completely in this week's activities. The book may have been forgotten at some point either at home or at school, and this contributed to the reader being unable to finish the assignment. The bookmark may have been either unsigned or not returned for check-in.

I know that I did my absolute best work for my literature circle group this week. I followed all directions, participated a lot, and learned a whole bunch! I am proud of the work I did!

I realize that I did not put my best effort into literature circles this week. I didn't follow directions and didn't give my all for my group. I need to make some changes so that I don't let them, or myself, down next time.
