Student was NOT PREPARED for class. They did not have their books out and open. They did not look 'ready to work' and needed prompting to get started.
Level 2

Student was MOSTLY NOT prepared for class. They were missing some items(books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and needed some prompting to get started.
Level 3

Student was PREPARED for class
(books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and had their books open to the correct page and looked 'ready to work'. They did not need prompting.

Student was PREPARED for class (books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and IMMEDIATELY opened their books and had begun working without any prompting.
