Excellent - Content is comprehensive and clear. - Meaningful thought/effort into the provision of credible arguments in support of reform - Responses are excellent, timely and address assignment including course concepts.
Structure & Organization 25 pts	Poor - Organization and structure detract from the message of the presentation. -Unorganized, leaves out important information and hard to follow/understand.	Fair - Structure of the answers is not easy to follow. -Slightly unorganized, missing important aspects of presentation and/or is lacking clear structure.
