	Preparation 5 pts	Productivity/On-task 5 pts	Level of Engagement 5 pts	Behavior 5 pts
Friday 20 pts	Preparation Student was PREPARED for class (books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and IMMEDIATELY opened their books and had begins working without any prompting.	Productivity/On-task Student stays ON-TASK and works PRODUCTIVELY and Excelles on task set forth	Level of Engagement Student proactively contributed to class by working COOPERATIVELY and ASKING questions CONTINUALLY during task	Behavior Student demonstrates the ability to recognize display appropriate workplace behavior, responsibility and respect. Does NOT display disruptive behavior during class.
