Hot Sandwich Challenge 
Students will create and prepare a updated version of traditional hot sandwiches such as a "rueben", monte cristo, and a "hot brown". Kitchen Lab teams will be given a pre-set tray of ingredients and will have to prepare, assemble, ad present a their sandwiches in a limted time frame

The sandwich presented did reflect their intrepretaton of a "traditionally" made sandwich. The plate was neat bit the sandwich was somwhat flavorful.

The sandwich presented slightly reflected their intrepretaton of a "traditionally" made sandwich. The plate was messy and sandwich lacked color or good flavor

The sandwich presented did not reflect their intrepretaton of a "traditionally" made sandwich. The plate was messy and the sandwich looked unappetizing.
