This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your Google Slide presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully and repeatedly throughout the creation of the presentation, thus ensuring the representation of all graded elements.

Slides discuss the subject in an organized manner enlightening the audience with relevant information. Research is evident demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the subject.
Good - B

Slides discuss the subject, but the organization detracts from the audience's ability to understand the information. Research is evident but more information is required to demonstrate expertise.
Fair - C

Slides discuss the subject, but the organization is confusing and difficult to follow. Research is limited and substantially more information is required to demonstrate expertise.
Poor - D

Many slides do not contain relevant information.Topic is stated, but research and elaboration are not evident. No level of expertise is provided.
Fail - F

No slide presentation
Presentation/Graphics

Excellent - A

Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. Graphics and effects are used throughout to enhance presentation.
Good - B

Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. More than half of the slides use graphics and effects to enhance presentation.
Fair - C

Slides are easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Less than half the slides have graphics or effects.
Poor - D

The slides are not easy to read. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There is little use of graphics or effects.

Excellent - A

All requirements are met: Title slide, individual name on slide, six by six rule is followed, bullet points are used, ending slide indicates websites used
Good - B

Ethos, logos and pathos are evident in the presentation.

(3) pathos - use colorful adjectives and adverbs to gain favor with your audience
