Risks and Benefits	Excellent/Exemplary A full description of all the possible risks and benefits surrounding this technology and the evidence to support these.	Good/Above Average Several risks and benefits are discussed with some supporting evidence.	Fair/Average Risks and benefits discussed.	Developing/Poor A brief mention of risks OR benefits.
Bias Pro and Cons	Excellent/Exemplary A full discussion of bias is given. All groups that support and oppose this technology and major sources of funding for research with this technology given.
