One Acts - Director
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Understanding	Poor Director had no idea what the play was about.	Fair Director had a basic idea of what play was about. Effectivily communicated it to actors.	Good Director clearly understood the script. Had a clear vision of how to present the play and communicated it well to the actors.
Effectivity	Poor Directors goofed off as much if not more so than actors.	Fair Director only required a minimal amount of work. Did not encourage students to work continually.	Good Actors were required to work during rehearsal. They commanded respect.
