Presents no pictures what so ever. No originality.
Neatness	A+ Very Neat and well put together. No spelling errors or messy graphics	B Not that neat with a couple of spelling errors or messy graphics.	C The project is sloppy and messy. The message is lost in the lack of neatness.
Accuracy	A+ Information on the ad is accurate and all necessary information is included.	B Information on the ad is accurate and but one piece of key information is missing.	C Information is inaccurate 2 or more items are missing.
Propaganda Technique	A+ Includes an effective use of a propaganda technique. Technique is identified.	B Has an element of propaganda, but it is not effective. Technique is identified.	C Has no elements what so ever (or element is unidentified).
