Needs Improvement	Unsatisfactory ___Introduction does not contain a focus statement. ___Speech does not remain focused on the topic.
Organization	Outstanding ___Introduction contains an effective grabber. ___Major points are stated clearly in the introduction. ___Body contains 2-3 main points in separate paragraphs. ___Conclusion summarizes all main points. ___Conclusion ends with an effective "zinger."	Satisfactory ___Introduction contains an attempt at grabbing the audience's attention. ___Some, but not all, major points are stated in the introduction. ___Conclusion summarizes some of the main points. ___Conclusion ends with an attempt at a "zinger."
