Poor The website is not user friendly and the user is forced to click around aimlessly without finding what he/she was looking to for or not accomplishing the intended goal.	Fair The users goal can be accomplished, but not efficiently. The site is not set up in a logical format.	Good The site walks the user through in a logical, flowing manner and the goal(s) of the user can be accomplished in a time friendly fashion.
Can the rubric be recycled?	Poor The rubric generator site does not allow this. The site only allows you to begin a rubric from scratch.
