Listens to other teammate(s)	Excellent Listens and speaks a fair amount	Good Listens but sometimes talks too much	Fair Usually doing most of the talking - rarely allows others to speak. Occasionally interacts with other groups.	Poor Is always talking - never allows anyone else to speak or is interacting with members of other groups.
Cooperates with teammate(s)	Excellent Is a team player and focus is concerned with the overall success of the project.
