Shares Equally	Advanced Always does agreed upon work without needing reminders.	Proficient Usually does agreed upon work. Sometimes needs reminders.	Basic Rarely does agreed upon work. Often needs reminders.	Below Basic Always relies on others to do the work.
Works Diligently	Advanced Comes to class fully prepared with assigned materials pertinent to the issue being researched.
