Creativity - Visuals 3 pts 1 Explain: What the acronym " HBCU" mean 2 Discuss What an HBCU is and why your Institution is on the list of HBCUs 3 Where are they located	Good The student work demonstrates a unique level of originality. Paper includes pictures and or props.	Fair The student work demonstrates some originality.	Poor The paper shows little or no evidence of original thought.
Format 3 pts 4 Who is the founder(s); current President 5 When was it founded 6 give 10 facts	Good Students included a minimum of 10 facts. Paper flows and is easy to follow. Paper is typed and used 12 font Times New Roman Students cite references. Paper does not exceed max word count of 700.	Fair Student included at least 6-8 facts. Paper can be followed and 12 Times New Roman font is used.	Poor Student included less than 5 facts and did not use proper font.
Content 3 pts 7 What famous people attended 8 Where will you go to college & why 9 Bibliograpy	Good Student provides clear history of college or university. Student provides detail of location and degrees offered. Student also points out what college or university is known for.	Fair Student provides some history and touches on the degrees that are offered.	Poor Paper does not provide adequate history.
