General Psychology Paper 
Choose any topic from: sleep, stress, memory, exercise, nutrition, parenting styles, disorders, and discrimination. Write a 2-3 page paper (600-850 words) that discusses the following information: 1. An introduction to the concept, as described in the class and textbook. 2. A description of the the concepts' relationship to the student's experience. 3. A plan of action to improve the student's behavior, cognition, and/or emotional response in this area.
