HVAC PVC Pipe
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Assembly	Poor Not glued together well. Glue is chunky and voids are evident. excessive runs are evident. Glue is thin or clumped on.	Fair Glue has a couple of bumps, slight voids are visible. Glued joints are neat, however the glue is inconsistent and clumped with excessive runs.	Good Glue is smooth and even. Glued joints are neat, however the glue is inconsistent and has excessive runs.	Excellent Glue is consistent around all joints, no drips or voids. PVC is not over . No or very little runs.
Primer	Poor Primer is all over the pipe, fittings and surrounding area.	Fair Primer is within 1/4" of fitting on 4 of 8 joints	Good Primer is within 1/4" of fitting on 6 of 8 joints	Excellent Primer is within 1/4" of fitting on all joints.
Accuracy	Poor A weakness in the joint is visually apparent. Plan specifications not followed at all.	Fair The joint looks solid, however, breaks when tension is applied. Accurate to 70% of specified tolerance.	Good The joint looks solid, however, breaks when tension is applied. Accurate to 85% of specified tolerance.	Excellent The joint looks solid, and holds under tension. 100% accurate.
Safety	Poor Student needs constant reminder to wear safety glasses. Student does not observe safety rules. Required monitoring during sessions	Fair Student needs constant reminder to wear safety glasses. Had to be reminded of safety points and procedures	Good Student wears safety glasses at all times, but is not completely aware of their surroundings (saws, tubing and pipe cutters).Observes SOME safety rules.
