Organization	Fair Adequate introduction to topic. Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Good Good introduction to topic. Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Excellent introduction to topic. Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Subject Knowledge	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Student is at ease with information and with answering most questions, but often fails to elaborate.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Graphics/Hand-outs	Fair Student provides some hand-outs/ graphics to expand the groups learning.	Good Student's provides hand-outs/graphics to reinforce information from presentation.	Excellent Student's handouts/ graphics explain and reinforce and add to the knowledge base of the presentation.
Group Involvement	Fair Student involves group in a minimal way.	Good Student builds in several opportunities for group interation.	Excellent Student creates multiple opportunities for group involvement.
