Evidenced Based Practice Paper 
Objective: Gain an understanding of evidenced based practice in relation to patient safety and quality improvements. Description: Based on your clinical experience, you are to write a paper concerning a topic from the provided list. The paper MUST be written from a NURSING perspective. Describe the background of the problem, perform a modified literature review, and a typical patient care scenario with a plan of care.Finally, compare and contrast the evidenced based plan with the actual St. Elizabeth policy. Refer to the following rubric for grading guidelines.
