Makes provision to maintain food safety while catering	Exceeds standard Clearly plans and directs produciton to assure food safey at an event Takes initiave to assure that all provisions are met for sanititaion while at a catered event.
catering styles	below standard does not grasp the differing styles of buffet and platted service for catering. Needs prompting duriing evetns to follow assigned tasks.	meets standard Understands differences of catering venues and styles. Can explain the four buffet styles as well as platted service. Project could be implemented as a business with few modifications.
