Content	Poor Student did not know the R.O.S.E. Creed. Missed major portions of the creed or did not know it all together.	Fair Student knew most of the R.O.S.E. Creed, but stumbled or mixed up or needed guidance in sections of the creed.	Good Student knew the R.O.S.E Creed. May have stalled or stumbled but was able to remember and recite the words.	Excellent Student knows the R.O.S.E. Creed and can say it fluidly and with emotion.
