OSHA group Presentation WorkPlace Health & Safety LS 115 Each group is to perform a skit that portrays an OSHA violation. The group will complete an Incident Report. The group will also summit an script of the presentation. Each group member will grade the other group members. 	Poor 10 pts	Fair 15 pts	Good 20 pts	Excellent 25 pts
Presentation How well the group's presentation is organized, and each member participates	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation, and each member did not participate in the presentation.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because members of the group jump around form topic to topic.	Good Group presents information in a logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Presented information is in a logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Incident Report How well the group completed the Incident Report.	Poor Students do not a grasp of the information; students cannot answer questions about subject.	Fair Students are uncomfortable with information and are able able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Students are at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fail to elaborate.	Excellent Students demonstrate full knowledge (more than required) by answering all questions with explanations and elaborations.
Articulation How well could the audience hear the group.	Poor Each member of the group could not be heard during the presentation, more than 75% of the time.	Fair Some members of the group could not be heard during the presentation, more than 50% of the time.	Good Each member of the group could be heard, but had times during the presentation when it was difficult to hear. This time accounted for less than 25% of the presentation.	Excellent Each member of the group could be heard throughout the presentation.
Group Member Grading How well did the group members felt their classmates participted in the group.	Poor Each member rated the team member poorly- all 1's on a scale of 1-5.	Fair Each member rated the team member 2 or 3's on a scale of 1-5.	Good Each member rated the team member 4's on a scale of 1-5.	Excellent Each member rated the team member 5 on a scale of 1-5.
