On-task	Excellent Student was On-Task and worked PRODUCTIVELY during the entire class.	Good Student was On-Task for the majority of time and worked productively.	Fair Student was On-task and productive part of the time. There was more than one time when student was asked to get back to work.	Poor Student was NOT On-Task and productive throughout the class period.
Participation	Excellent Student contributed to activity by OFFERING ideas and suggestions and by helping others, or asking others for help during the class.	Good Student contributed to activity by offering ideas and suggestions and by helping others, or asking others for help.	Fair Student occasionally contributed to activity by offering ideas and suggestions and by helping others, or asking others for help.	Poor Student DID NOT contribute to activity by offering ideas and suggestions and by helping others, or asking others for help.
Listening Skills	Excellent Student LISTENED when others talked. Made responses appropriately.	Good Student listened when others talked.	Fair Student often DID NOT listen when others talked.	Poor Student DID NOT listen and was disruptive when others talked.
Behavior	Excellent Student SHOWED responsibility and respect and did NOT display disruptive behavior during activity.	Good Student MOSTLY showed responsibility and respect and RARELY displayed disruptive behavior during activity.	Fair Student OCCASIONALLY showed responsibility and respect and OCCASIONALLY displayed disruptive behavior during activity.	Poor Student DID NOT show responsibility and respect during activity.
Computer Use	Excellent Student used the computer at the appropriate times and used software appropriate for activity.	Good Student MOSTLY used the computer at the appropriate times and used software appropriate for activity.	Fair Student OCCASIONALLY used the computer at the appropriate times and used software appropriate for activity.	Poor Student DID NOT use the computer at the appropriate times and used software that was inappropriate for school.
