Organization	Level 1 Binder is not organized into subjects. Notes are not dated.	Level 2 Binder is organized into subjects, but work is not placed into designated sections. Some notes are dated.	Level 3 Binder is organized into subjects and most of the work is placed in designated sections. Most notes are dated. Date is visible.	Level 4 Binder is organized into subjects and all work is neatly filed in it's appropriate section in order. All notes are dated. Date is visible and neat.
Neatness	Level 1 Binder appears messy (loose pages, unrelated items. etc.) Notes are difficult to read.	Level 2 Binder is somewhat neat. Notes are somewhat neatly written.	Level 3 Binder is tidy. Notes are neatly written.	Level 4 Binder is exceptionally neat, with no loose pages. Notes are very well written and/or typed for clarity.
Completeness	Level 1 Binder is missing most notes. Corrections on work are not made.	Level 2 Binder is missing several notes. Few corrections made to work.	Level 3 Binder is missing very few notes. Most corrections made to work.	Level 4 Binder is not missing notes; and student has taken time to add information to notes/worksheets. Work has been corrected clearly.
