Exceeds Standard - Content is comprehensive, accurate, and persuasive. - Major points are stated clearly and are well supported. - Content and purpose of the writing are clear.
Organization & Structure 20 %	Poor - Organization and structure are limited and detract from purpose. - Paragraphs are disjointed and lack transition of thoughts.	Fair - Structure of the paragraph is not easy to follow. - Paragraph transitions need improvement.	Meets Standard - Structure of the paragraph mostly clear and easy to follow with adequate transitions.	Exceeds Standard - Structure of the paragraphs are very clear and easy to follow with transitions clearly evident.
Format 10 %	Poor - Paper lacks many elements of correct formatting. - Paragraphs are inadequate/excessive in length.
