	Best Effort 2 pts	Fair Effort 1 pts	Poor Effort 0 pts
Voice level	Best Effort Students eat silently during silent time and chat quietly during chat time.	Fair Effort Students eat silently most of the time and chat quietly during chat time.	Poor Effort Students disregard silent time.
Manners	Best Effort Student uses good manners while at the table. They are polite. This includes keeping food in your mouth, saying excuse me, thank you, and you're welcome.	Fair Effort Some students use good manners.	Poor Effort Most students use no manners at the table. They plays with food and fail to say excuse me when needed. They are impolite.
Clean up	Best Effort Students clean up all the trash at their table.	Fair Effort Students clean up some of the trash at their table but leaves some behind.	Poor Effort Students leave all trash trash on the table.
Exiting	Best Effort Students remain seated until dismissed and lines up quietly.	Fair Effort Students remain seated until dismissed but does not line up silently.	Poor Effort Students do not wait till dismissed and/or is talking in line.
