Pi Day Presentation Rubric
	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Presentation	Excellent Students take part in the presentation and demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) and include thorough explanation and elaboration.	Good Students take part in the presenation and appear to grasp the topic, but fails to elaborate fully.	Fair Students take part in the presentation, however, are not fully prepared and appear to have only a rudimentary knowledge of the topic	Poor Students do not seem to share or take equal part in the presentation of the project.
Subject Knowledge	Excellent Students demonstrate full knowledge (more than required), included the required components with thorough explanations and elaboration.	Good Students appear to grasp the topic, but fail to elaborate fully.	Fair Students appear to have only a rudimentary knowledge of the topic.	Poor Students do not appear to understand the key components of the topic.
Content/Graphics	Excellent Presentation includes the required 8-10 slides, all of the required graphics, and the graphics contained all of the required elements.	Good Presentation includes the required 8-10 slides and most of the required graphics or the graphics did not contain some of the required elements.	Fair Presentation did not include the required slide amount and only a few of the required graphic or the graphic did not contain all required elements.	Poor Presentation did not include the required slide amount and graphics.
Mechanics	Excellent Presentation has no misspellings or grammatical errors.	Good Presentation has no more than two misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Fair Presentation has three misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Poor Presentation has four or more spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.
Process	Excellent Completes presentation before due date and uses classtime effectively.	Good Presentation was turned in on time but does not use classtime effectively.	Fair Presentation was turned in late but classtime was used effectively.	Poor Presentation was turned in late and classtime was not used effectively.
