Organization/Time Limit

Excellent

There was an organized flow to the presentation. Concepts built upon one another. Presenter had everything needed for the presentation.<BR>
Time was used well and effectively.
Good

A little bit unorganized but is still got the points across. Had everything needed for the presentation.
Poor

The information was presented in a confusing manner. The presenter was not prepared with everything needed for the presentation. The presenter used the time inappropriately (e.g. moved into personal issues or side talk)
Visual Aids/Props

Excellent

Presenter effectively used appropriate visual aids which provided an opportunity for the client to practice their new skill. Visual aids appeared to be thoughtfully selected.
Good

Presenter brought visual aids to support learning but only minimally used them to support learning. Some thought and effort appeared to be put into the choice of visual aids but more effort would may have improved the presentation.
Poor

Presenter did not bring in visual aids or brought in visual aids that were not particularly helpful in supporting skill development or reinforcing learning. Minimal thought or effort appeared to be put into the choice of visual aids
Handouts/ test questions

Excellent

Presenter brought a well organized handout which summarized the content and provided additional information.
Good

Presenter brought a handout but the content was not fully organized or the handout did not contain a summary of the content.
Poor

No handout was provided. No test questions were given.
Use of Spanish

Excellent

You stay in Spanish 90% of the time, when appropriate. You use only Spanish to respond and ask questions.

You use Spanihs 50% of the time, when appropriate.
