Evaluation This is an evaluation on the group as a whole. The group's score is equal to the sum of it's members effort.

Project How much each student helped with the creation of the project.	NO Points Almost all students did not help with the creation of the project; only a few students are responsible for the finished project.	Poor Members hardly helped the group with the creation of the project.	Fair Members somewhat helped the group with the creation of the project.	Good Most members contributed to the creation of the project.	Excellent All members were extremely helpful with the creation of and finishing the project.
Equity How much of the work each student completed.	NO Points Students did nothing or only a few students are responsible for the finished project.	Poor Most members did hardly any work; group assigned work poorly.	Fair Most members did some work, yet not equal with other members; group did not assign work well.	Good Members did a decent amount of work, at least equal to other members; work was assigned appropriately.	Excellent Every member did a lot of work, and was very helpful to other group members. The work was spread out evenly and assigned appropriately.
Take Responsibility How well the students did their part; how seriously they took their individual tasks.	NO Points Students did nothing.	Poor Most students did not perform any duties of assigned team role; relied on others to do the work.	Fair A few students performed very little duties or gave too little information.	Good Students performed all their duties and offered basic information.	Excellent Students performed all duties of assigned team roles and offered a fair amount of important information.
Collaboration How well the group shared and selected ideas.	NO Points Students did not collaborate.	Poor Students did not collaborate well; the group argumented and left out members.	Fair Students attempted to discuss ideas and opinions; more argument than discussion, and some members were left out.	Good Students dicussed ideas and opinions well; the group did not argue and involved all members.	Excellent Students formed a hierarchy in which ideas and opinions were expressed, recieved, and voted on by members in an objective manner. Students worked towards the good of the whole group.
Time Management How well the group spent their time; and what they spent their time on.	NO Points Students wasted their time.	Poor Students spent too much time on one task; or wasted time and threw together something to turn in.	Fair Students managed their time poorly; did not allow enough time to be spent on each task.	Good Students used time well; allowing enough time to be spent on each task.	Excellent Students managed their time wisely; allowing for ample amounts of time to be spent on each task; did not spend too much time on each task.
Staying on Task How well the students were able to focus on the task at hand; and moving from one task to the next.	NO Points Students constantly needed to be reminded to stay on task and only worked while the teacher was working with them.	Poor Students needed to be reminded to stay on task constantly; even during one task.	Fair Students were able to stay on task with prompting from the teacher; had trouble moving from one task to the next.	Good Students managed themselves well; needing little prompting from the teacher.	Excellent Students managed themselves wisely; as tasks were completed they moved on to the next task without prompting from teacher.
Outcome What students completed; how well students met the goals of the project.	NO Points Students did not complete project.	Poor Students did not complete most of the project; leaving out main parts and/or simple tasks; project is unfinished.	Fair Students did not meet some goals for the project; the project is technically unfinished.	Good Students met the goals for the project.	Excellent Students met every goal for the project and added their own unique perspectives to the finished project.
