Appetizer Platter 
The learners are expected to make an appetizer platter including 2-3 varieties of appetizer with dip or drizzle, relish presented in a beautiful way and served to their family members. The product tasting will be graded by family members for rating. This rubric is the basis for this appetizer platter.
