Good Student usually listens to the teacher, does not interrupt class and rarely needs a reminder to get on task. (interruptions: 0, reminders to stay on task 1).	Needs Improvement Student sometimes listens to the teacher, occasionally disrupts class and needs a reminder to get on task. (interruptions: 1, reminders to stay on task 2).	Unsatisfactory Student rarely listens to the teacher, disrupts class and is not involved with the class activity. (interruptions: 2, reminders to stay on task 3).
